Please check if your Super Hub is in "Modem Mode" - see http://help.virginmedia.com/system/viewArticle.jsp?uuid=42877819-9CD6-4274-9283-2D27D45FEE17. If it is, and you have plugged the Network OWL into one of the 3 non-working ports then it will not work. In this case you will need to plug the Network OWL into your Router elsewhere, or configure the Super Hub to operate in Router Mode - please note we are unable to assist with router configurations.
If the Super Hub is in Router Mode and the Network OWL is not working then you may need to Factory Reset the Super Hub - please refer to Virgin Media for support.
