Can I set my own electricity tariff? OWL Help Centre Agent 3 22 April 2020 10:49 Follow Yes - Go to the ‘cogs’ icon on the Electricity widget and enter your tariff details. Be sure to press Save when completed. Have more questions? Thanks, Gareth 1 Gareth Roberts 03 September 2016 12:46 To follow up - I have 3 sensors. The 2 that I have done the Firmware Upgrade to New Version: 2.7 Build 1070 show the 'NaN', but the 1 I have not upgraded still shows the numeric value I entered for the standing charge and rate per day. Is this a bug with the upgrade maybe? Or something else? Thanks, Gareth 1 Bernicarey 07 October 2019 13:56 Why has there been no response to this thread? Like Gareth, I have set the Tariff and the Standing Charge, but whenever I review the figures they have vanished to be replaced with NaN, which I understand to mean 'Not a Number'. 0 Davidfburn 22 April 2020 10:49 I want to update my elec units tarrif. It all worked in past years, but not now. When I click the cog on the Electricity widget, the window opens to say it is opening on Owl. But nothing happens; no menu nor icon, nor further cell to enter data... And it then just closes itself and goes back to the dashboard. Re-installing the wizard makes no difference. Ideas?
