My Network OWL is offline, what should I do?

We have had a few reports of the Network OWL not automatically coming back online after a power failure. It appears to be where power is restored to both the broadband router and N-OWL at the same time or maybe where the router alone reboots for some reason. This is not a problem on most routers.

To resolve simply remove & reinsert the Ethernet cable or simply power reset the Network OWL. The green LED on the Network OWL will progress to a triple "blip" pattern when it has successfully connected to our servers.
