What is the Network OWL MAC ID?

This is the 443719…... number which is on the underside of the Network OWL. This unique reference number is also available through the web dashboard (Devices menu / Network OWL).

The MAC ID is actually a hexadecimal number and may contain digits 0-9 and letters a-f.

The MAC ID is also the MAC Address of the Network OWL which is used by your network to uniquely identify attached devices.

    Don't enter this the correct way, i.e. a colon between each pair of digits. Enter the entire number with no punctuation.

    my mac id has 10 numbers not 9
