THE NETWORK OWL STORES DATA FOR 48 HOURS, SO  IF THIS HISTORICAL DATA WAS NOT RESTORED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME, SOME DATA WILL HAVE BEEN LOST“ Following the recent down time for server upgrade and maintenance work, we are aware that some users have been experiencing difficulty in accessing their usage history. This was caused by a backlog of devices uploading their stored data from the period of downtime. This backlog has now been cleared, but a small number of devices are still experiencing issues and we are working to resolve this.”.
