Service Status - Up

 The issue  below has been resolved by the 3rd party network provider as of 16.00 Monday 10th October

We are experiencing connection issues with a 3rd party Network provider affecting access to  our online dashboard.  Your heating and monitoring service will continue to operate on their pre programmed actions; though access to the dashboard to make changes is not possible at  present and we apologise for the current downtime. We are waiting for the 3rd party in question to repair their services, at which point our systems will be fully operational again.
