Unable to log into Mobile App

The Mobile Apps for IOS and Android are a simplified view of the main dashboard and as such use exactly the same log-in username and password credentials as the main dashboard 

If you  have difficulty logging on  to the mobile App we suggest you  first  try to log into the main dashboard at https://www.owlintuition.com/  - if you continue to have issues logging in, it is likely that  either your username, password (or borh) are incorrect 

The Dashboard contains a "Lost Password" link, however you  must at  least be abale to identify yourself correctly  with a username.

If you  have also lost or forgotten  your username please continue to log a ticket via our help desk - you must supply the mac Id of your Network Owl Gateway, the number is printed on the Rear and as a security check your postcode
